Chris Kuchta started artistic training at a young age in an atelier in North West Indiana and continued serious study in Fine Art and Illustration at the American Academy of Art in Chicago. As a child Chris's father encouraged him to read classic novels which were illustrated by Golden Age American Illustrators like N.C. Wyeth and others which stimulated his imagination and love for graphic story telling and realistic art. Having traveled all over the world visiting the majority of the greatest museums and historic monuments, history has been one Chris's strongest influences along with contemporary film, comics and illustration.
